Who We Are
We started as a turnover & cleaning company. As hosts needed help, we took on more responsibility and were thrown into the business. We had to have a lot of “figure it out” mentality and since then, we have perfected our processes. With a background in art, photography, hospitality management, and cleaning - we are your go-to team of experts ready to conquer all of your short-term rental needs.
What We Do
Our team is multi-faceted - we’re a group of individuals, each talented in different parts of the industry, who pulled together and created something magical. We have a team of amazing designers, a cleaning team specializing in turn-overs, photographers with an eye for STR, and an organized co-hosting group. Our goal is to expand on our current talents and build more ways to utilize them in the industry.
Why We Do It
When we started, just two women cleaning Airbnbs, we had no idea it would build to this. We viewed each property as a work of art - amazed at the design, the thoughtfulness in each room, the intentional & themed spaces. We fell absolutely in love with the industry. Our team has a passion for building the guest experience. We find great satisfaction in a job well done, a happy owner, and a mesmerized guest.
Design & Staging
When considering furniture and accessories, we analyze your future turnover process and how these features will give way for smooth transitions. While sourcing items, we think about your budget and how these items will amplify your space and maximize your return. But most importantly, when designing short-term rental spaces, we imagine the visitors first impression opening the door. When deciding on everything we do, we imagine future guests scrolling through available spaces and thinking, “I HAVE TO stay in that space.”

Co-Hosting
An Airbnb or short-term rental co-host helps you take care of your spaces, tend to your guests, and makes sure processes are set in place for your rental to run smoothly.
Our small (but mighty) team of experienced co-hosts have managed properties of varying sizes and needs. Some of our hosts are completely hands off and some work closely with us. We work with you to determine what kind of service you need and at what price!

Photography
Short-term rental photography is a unique type of photography. It needs to be done by a professional real-estate photographer but they also need to specialize in lifestyle photos. We aren’t simply selling a space, we are selling an experience. Our team is tuning in to the micro and macro details of your space. Our goal is to draw in guests with amazing listing photos that help them see and dream up their experiences in your short-term rental.
